City Administrator/Public Works
Community & Economic Development/Main Street Director
Responsible for coordinating, directing, and implementing programs, including
their events, activities, and projects, that support downtown revitalization,
community, business, and industrial development as defined in annual and
long-range plans; performs duties as administrative staff for municipal
development district board in the development of public facilities,
infrastructure and/or other economic development, redevelopment, or capital
improvement programs or projects. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve
operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly
with volunteers and staff to provide seamless customer service. For more

Double C certifications are required in Water and Wastewater. High school diploma or
GED along with a valid Driver’s license is required. Applicant must have the ability
to operate heavy equipment, able to be on call and respond to emergency situations,
and be able to provide good customer service. Salary depends on qualification and
